If you ordered the wrong product online from Amazon.com or one of our distributors, you must contact them directly. Amazon.com handles all the replacement of damaged product, and refunds on incorrect orders through their system.
We will consider taking the product back, subject to a 25% restocking fee on the items plus any shipping and handling charges. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from The Snowcaster for both the returned product and the new replacement product. Products must be returned in the same or equivalent packaging as originally dispatched by The Snowcaster. Once Snowcaster receives the returned item(s), we will refund your money or ship your replacement.
