First one came without a hardware kit so missed a snow storm with it until the manufacturer sent a new one out.
Pros: (1) Very slick surface — snow slides off easily which is good when pushing snow (2) Seems fairly robustly built and looks like it will last awhile
Cons: (1) Very slick surface — snow has nothing to grab onto so bad if you are trying to scoop snow (2) Blade catches on joints in concrete easily until the edge wears down (3) Pretty heavy shovel which can make it more tiring over time
